1. General Information
Voices English operates as an online educational service based in Charlotte, North Carolina. By enrolling in any of our English courses, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.
2. Payment Policy
  • The total cost of each course is $450 USD per person.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment, unless you select a financing option available in the checkout process.
  • The course is non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned to another person.
  • Your absence, withdrawal, or failure to attend classes does not exempt you from your payment obligation.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • No rescheduling or relocations are permitted once the course begins.
  • No volume discounts or group discounts apply.
3. Course Structure and Methodology
  • Each course includes 32 live online sessions of approximately 55 minutes each, conducted via Zoom.
  • Cameras must remain on for the entire duration of each class.
  • Classes are taught by bilingual instructors and require real-time participation.
  • Classes are not recorded, so students are expected to attend live sessions as scheduled.
  • Students will receive access to a digital eBook for use during the course and up to one month after completion.
  • Physical copies of the digital material are available for an additional $50 USD fee.
  • Lessons include grammar topics, group exercises, pronunciation correction, and guided dialogues.
4. Student Responsibility
  • Students are responsible for managing their schedule and attending all live sessions included in their course.
  • Missed classes may not be rescheduled, but students are encouraged to use provided materials to review missed content.
  • By enrolling, you acknowledge that Voices English delivers services in real-time, and you accept responsibility for your participation and attendance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Voices English is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or device malfunctions that prevent participation. Students are expected to ensure a stable connection before joining sessions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in the competent courts of Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, NC.

1. Información General
Voices English opera como un servicio educativo en línea con sede en Charlotte, Carolina del Norte. Al inscribirse en cualquiera de nuestros cursos de inglés, usted acepta cumplir con los siguientes Términos y Condiciones. Le recomendamos leerlos atentamente antes de realizar su compra.
2. Política de Pago
  • La inversión total de cada curso es de $450 USD por persona.
  • El pago debe realizarse en su totalidad al momento de la inscripción, salvo que el cliente elija alguna de las opciones de financiamiento disponibles en el carrito de compra.
  • El curso es intransferible y no puede compartirse ni asignarse a otra persona.
  • Su ausencia o retiro voluntario de clases no lo exime de su compromiso de pago.
  • No efectuamos reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia.
  • No realizamos reubicaciones una vez iniciado el curso.
  • No aplican descuentos por volumen de compra ni por grupos.
3. Estructura y Metodología del Curso
  • Cada curso incluye 32 sesiones en vivo en línea de aproximadamente 55 minutos, impartidas a través de Zoom.
  • Las cámaras deben permanecer encendidas durante toda la clase.
  • Las clases son dirigidas por instructores bilingües y requieren participación en tiempo real.
  • Las clases no serán grabadas, por lo que el estudiante debe asistir en el horario establecido.
  • Los estudiantes tendrán acceso a un eBook digital durante el curso y hasta un mes después de finalizarlo.
  • Las copias físicas del material digital estarán disponibles por un costo adicional de $50 USD.
  • Los temas gramaticales se desarrollan mediante ejercicios grupales, correcciones de pronunciación y diálogos guiados.
4. Responsabilidad del Estudiante
  • El estudiante es responsable de gestionar su horario y asistir a todas las sesiones en vivo del curso.
  • Las clases perdidas no se reprograman, pero el estudiante puede repasar el material proporcionado.
  • Al inscribirse, usted reconoce que Voices English ofrece servicios en tiempo real y acepta la responsabilidad de su asistencia y participación.
5. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Voices English no se hace responsable por problemas técnicos, fallos de internet o malfuncionamientos de dispositivos que impidan la participación. El estudiante debe asegurarse de contar con una conexión estable antes de ingresar a las clases.
6. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos y Condiciones se regirán e interpretarán conforme a las leyes del Estado de Carolina del Norte, Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa será resuelta ante los tribunales competentes del Condado de Mecklenburg, Charlotte, NC.
